All teams are reminded that only one player on a Womens team is allowed to also play on a Mens team.   

SPECIAL MESSAGE:

Depending on the entry count, all teams may be combined in one or more groups.

Double Knockout Format - Over 8 Teams in total

A Advanced - Race to 9

B Open - Race to 8

C Standard - Race to 7 

Round Robin Format - 8 Teams or less in total

1. All matches will have all 16 games played. 

2. The following number of  additional wins will be added to their 'win' total for the purpose of determining the Final Standings:

2 wins - Standard team when playing an Open team

2 wins - Open team when playing an Advanced team.

4 wins - Standard team when playing an Advanced team.

3. All Match Results will be kept confidential by the Tournament Director who will tally same and advise the overall results when the Round Robin is complete.

SPECIAL MESSAGE    

There is no longer a 'Same League' rule for Womens Team Rosters.

All players must still be CCS sanctioned and have played the minimum number of matches as specified in the Tournament Brochure.

Entry and Registration Fees are:

Womens - 4 Player Teams -  Advanced, Open, Standard - $250

Green Fee: All - $120. The tables will be open for free play at all times.

Late Fee of $50 for entries RECEIVED Feb 3 - 16.

Your entry will not be official until payment has been received.

All Payments MUST be in the form of:

1. E-mail to samonteith@shaw.ca through the INTERAC eTransfer service,

or

2. Bank Draft or Money Order made payable to:
