CCS League Management System Now Available at No Charge This answers the question most frequently asked by new League Operators - Does the CCS have a system that we can use for Schedules and Stats?
The answer is now yes and it's free!
Available for use exclusively by any league that sanctions with the CCS, it is website based and will easily handle all your scheduling and stats needs; no matter how big or small you are.
Each league using the system will have their own personalized website. It also eliminates any need to send Player or Team Stats to the CCS.
To see what it looks like, go to demo.pplms.ca. (Do not put www. in front of the address.)
For more info or to get set up to use it, call the CCS National Office at (403) 278-4180 or send an e-mail to pplted@hotmail.com.
CCS and Falcon Extend 3 Year Marketing Agreement Falcon Cues has always been a great supporter of the Canadian Championship Program. With this Agreement, they are also directly supporting each of the Canadian Pool Leagues that sanction with the CCS.
Each League Year, all CCS League Operators will receive a $500 MSRP Falcon Cue to raffle or give away for the benefit of their League. They will also be able to directly order anything from the full range of Falcon Products and receive a very substantial discount with no minimum order size.
What Annual Championships Can We Go to? All CCS League Members may enter any of the following Championships that include Singles, Scotch Doubles and Team Events:

CCS - No '3 Original Member' Rule There is no longer a 3 Original Member Rule in Team Play at any CCS Championship. The rule has never existed for Womens Team Play and now it's the same for Mens Team Play. The requirements for all Team Members to be from the same sanctioned League and to have played the minimum number of 8 Matches have not changed.
CCS Player Rankings - Update All Players now have a 'Singles' Ranking and a 'Team' Ranking.
For Singles Events, a Player's Ranking is based on their last 2 performances in Singles Events only. For Team Events, a Player's Ranking is based on their last 2 performances in both Singles and Teams Events.
The CCS recognizes though that not all Players on a Team will have the same skill level. Having separate Rankings means that all Players, especially those who may have been the weaker Players on a strong Team before, will still have the opportunity to prove themselves in Singles.
For more detailed information, click on Player Rankings in the middle of the left sidebar.
