Qualifying Eligibility
Due to how early this tournament is in the League Year, qualifying eligibility is 2 Matches.
Date Change
The BC Championships were moved from their normal February dates to November to remove conflict with the Vancouver Island Championships which is moving to Victoria with January being the only available time.
Tables
All play will now be on the new Predator Apex 7" tables.
Match races may be adjusted as required to provide for longer play times.
Rack Your Own
The CCS has adopted the Tournament Policy that the 'breaker' will rack for themselves. The opponent must be present and still has the right for a Referee to inspect the rack.
Dress Code - Update
1. Open Toed Footwear
Will no longer be permitted while playing an official CCS Tournament event.
2. 'Event Shirts' as 'Wild Card' Team Shirts
Will still be permitted to qualify as Team Shirts for any team but all are reminded that they must be from the Championship that you are playing in.
Photos and Live Streaming
Who the Champions are and live matches are of great interest to all of our members and to the pool playing public (especially family and friends).
As such, CCS reserves the right to take photos of select Entrants (especially the Champions with their Awards) and to take videos of select Matches for live streaming to the Internet and for later posting to the CCS website.
